The First Tee Junior Golf Program



open to juniors age 5 - 14

The First Tee and the IMA Recreation Association have formed a partnership to promote the game of golf to kids in a fast, fun and affordable way.   The First Tee Junior Golf Program at IMA Brookwood Golf Club is instructed by PGA Teaching Professional Joe Simpson in a group environment.

The First Tee not only teaches kids the basic fundamentals of the game, it will also include the Nine Core Values established by The First Tee that represent some of the many inherently positive values connected with the game of golf including: Honesty, Integrity, Sportsmanship, Respect, Confidence, Responsibility, Perserverance, Courtesy and Judgment.

For beginners to the game, this an excellent way to get kids excited about playing golf and teaches kids the fundamentals of the game.  Instruction is age appropriate and is open to boys and girls ages 5-14.
